The LA County Library’s annual Lunch at the Library program returns, providing free grab-and-go meals to kids and teens 18 and under during the summer months. This year, two healthy meals—reheatable lunch and breakfast—will be available daily. Meals are available for no-contact pickup on a first come, first served basis, at select libraries from June 14 – August 6. There are no restrictions on family income. Parents and caregivers can pick up on behalf of children – kids and teens don’t need to be present. (Photo by Los Angeles County)

Scenes from COSI's K-6 science outreach program, "It's Simply Chemistry." Students join the COSI Detective (here COSI's Becca Kelly) and use chemistry to help solve a mystery.
Elementary school students create endothermic and exothermic reactions, make super slime to take home, experience a chemical reaction that produces light without heat, and more.
"It's Simply Chemistry" is one of six COSI On Wheels programs that travel throughout Ohio and neighboring states.
COSI is Columbus, Ohio's dynamic Center of Science and Industry. For more information, please visit www.cosi.org.

Attendees heard from a CMCP panel of experienced attorneys on the value of having a succinct description of what they do. This event was a great interactive opportunity for the attendees to build their legal network while practicing their own elevator pitch in an inclusive, supportive & fun environment.
